Investment Research Fund (IRF)

 The IRF is a Crowd Fund that allocates resources and donations for underserved & underrepresented communities.


To ensure advocacy accuracy, proper representation and positive outcomes for marginalized groups; the IRF produces innovative research & methodology, cutting-edge data analytics, and measurement tools to capture the historic and recent relevancy of both the social and economic shifts with efforts to extend research, practice and policy.


The (I.R.F) also supports and promotes the collaboration of local businesses, organizations (i.e non-profits, for-profit).and entrepreneurs to collectively combat social and economic inequalities and be the change that we know we need. All proceeds go to nonprofit organization One You, Inc.

The First-Gen.

Resilience Specialist

The First- Gen has devoted her professional career to engaging, empowering and educating individuals from underrepresented backgrounds  (socially & economically) and equips students, people and communities to succeed in all areas of Life (Mentally, Emotionally, Spiritually, Socially M.E.S.S). 


Her work specializes in community organization, health advocacy, entrepreneurship, policy, student centered success and resilience.


The First-Gen empowers communities  thru social and economic hardship  to become more resilient thru evidence based research & methodology.

Research-Scientist

The First-Gen has developed cutting-edge research methodology and data analytic tools that  properly reflects and accepts the narrative of vulnerable populations afflicted by systemic and structural inequities. 


Previously TFG has worked with the following:

  • National Institute of Health,
  •  National Science Foundation
  •  Biomedical Biotechnological Institute
  •  Research Center for Minority Health Institute
  • Redevelopment Commissioner Office 
  • City & State Officials 


While creating innovative solutions to effectuate change and develop interventions for practice and policy on both a local, state and national level.


Affectionately, known as The First- Gen (TFG) Jasmine Bethea M.A. obtained her Master's degree in Psychology and specializes in education, community development & health. She aims to influence wellness with a global impact while advancing research, practice and policy for vulnerable populations with preidsoed dispositions (i.e. underrepresented/underserved).
